Training providers, Academies, Centers, and Agencies that offer a wide range of courses in a variety of fields and majors, such as management, social work, humanitarianism, IT, vocational training, and all other types of training and scopes, are accredited by the American Accreditation Association (AAA).

Accreditation requires training providers to show that they are competent, that their trainers are qualified, and that their courses fulfill the standards. In order to keep track of who has access to course curriculum and training, the course developer and supplier must maintain a list of approved users/subcontractors and monitor their use of the training. In this article, we walked through the accreditation criteria for training centers.

Corporations are required to have a corporate structure to represent them as the training provider and the creator of the course. An organizational chart, goal or mission statement, quality policy and objectives, and descriptive information about the business structure should be included in records.

Facilities

The training provider and course developer must have enough facilities to support the activities that are being approved. The physical plant and infrastructure should be documented in the records.

In order to administer training programs in accordance with these standards and to meet associated responsibilities and commitments, the training provider and course developer must have the financial means to do so.

Staffing

In order to meet these standards, training providers and course developers must have a sufficient number of trained employees on hand.
