The American Accreditation Association conducted a free webinar on March 14, 2023, for members and interested parties in the training and education industry from more than 12 countries.

The webinar was presented by Dr. Kevin D. Gallagher from California USA; he has a Ph.D. in Agricultural Entomology from the University of California at Berkeley in 1988. He is a consultant and advisor in the United Nations Industrial Development Organization UNIDO and the international organization for food and agriculture FAO, providing consultations and training for the United Nations globally in more than 28 countries.

The webinar presented the outcome of Elucidat report for training trends in 2022 and tried to answer the following questions:
